Summer’s on its way!
We’re sure summer is only just around the corner so in readiness for the sun and all those long summer evenings, we’ve been busy getting ready to serve up plenty of the good stuff.
Our glorious garden is already looking its summery best, with lots of spots to sit back and soak up some sun, linger over a lazy al fresco lunch and a good bottle of wine, or tuck into a delicious BBQ.
Stefano and his team are doing things differently this year with a new BBQ menu that they’ll be cooking on fire right in front of you in the garden.
Warm up with some tasty nachos served with hot Jalapeños, sour cream and tangy salsa or onion seed flatbread piled with Baba Gannoush, rich and smoky with grilled aubergines. Tuck into beef dandy ribs with a sticky Bourbon glaze or grilled Cornish mackerel with a crunchy fennel and pistachio salad – delish! You can also have a bit on the side as all mains come with your pick from corn on the cob, BBQ Beans, sweet potato hash, potato and spring onion salad or skinny fries with spiced salt.
What’s more, Stefano will be firing up the BBQ all day every Saturday in August when the weather’s dry and it’s over 20 degrees. We’ll even put a temperature dial on the web site every day so you can check!
